If the antenna is deployed more than 20 miles from the previous location it went online, the Latitude & Longitude will need to be manually entered in the modem.

Please note that ODN Inc. must periodically change its download frequency to improve and expand its services. If the modem has not been tested in several months, log in to the modem and make sure it is set up to receive on the correct frequency and symbol rate first!
